Bloomonsburg was Open land which is not the same as individual houses
A developer tried to buy the land in Blomingsburg and could almost immediatly transform the town by building high density housing.
If a person buys just and individual ready made house it takes alot longer to transform a community as some houses rarely if ever go up for sale
