When I was in elementary school we all used to call the secretary by her name, Chani. After she got married our Rebbe heard us calling her Chani and he told us that now that she is married we should call her Mrs. Schwartz (Chani and Mrs. Schwartz are made up names to protect the innocent, the story is not).
