Another aspect y’all been overlookin’ is that voters are not voting for president. They’re not voting for Cruz for president, for Rubio for president or for Trump for president. None of ’em. Voters are only voting for electors in the electoral college. Those electors we vote for, they and only they, vote for who should be president.
