Reply To: jury duty or "just following orders"

It is halachicly impermissible to sit on a jury case between two yehudim. And it is impracticable to sit on a case with even one yehudi party, unless you will be able to judge in accordance with halacha (which is highly improbable.) By a case between two yehudim you cannot participate as a judge/juror even if you will rule in accordance with halacha.
