CTL: Halacha doesn’t recognize the concept of a corporation as being a unique person different than its principal. If the corporation is fully owned by a Jew or Jews, it would have the same halachic obligation as a Jew or Jews would have. (It is a trickier question when it is only partially owned by Jews.)
