If you aspire to be a licensed (by the government) social workers, a BTL isn’t all that useful, and might be worthless. What you probably want is an bachelors degree in social work, meaning you want to find a school giving such a degree that gives you credits for yeshiva study. A BTL won’t meet the requirements for licensing as they require specific courses. You need to check the licensing rules in the state you want to work in, and also check the website of the National Council on Social Work Education. There are “distance education” programs for both a bachelors and masters in social work.
