Kollel Bnei Torah at 1323 E 32 St is definitely what your looking for. The Rav, Rabbi Yosef Eisen & Rosh Kollel Rav Shmuel Smith are the most accepting & loving people I know. The shul is open to people from all backgrounds. From Chasidish to Black hat Yeshivish, to modern orthodox. Every person who walks in the door is greeted with a smile & offered a seeat. There is absolutely no talking during davening.
