Even if a state judge issues contempt citation unless the husband is in court he must than issue an arrest warrant these type of warrants are not a high priority and the cops will not be looking for him. If he gets pulled over by a cop and they do a check when he got a ticket he will be arrested but if the jurisdiction that issued the warrant doesn’t agree to send someone down to pick him up quickly he will be let go.
