Daas Yochid: this is a useless discussion. It cannot be “midoiraisa” as we do not have an ohel by keilim. That said, I wrote that the world at large has accepted that we do not use an umbrella on shabbos-even an open one. Fine. Tis does not mean that all Poskim agreed to that or that there is no “tsad hetter”.
