sam4321: Interestingly, in that Rasi in Taanis which is very similar to the one in KiSisa, he does not say SOLACHTI KIDVORECHA. I don’t dispute the fact that HaShem gave us a kaparah on Yom Kippur. My question was, what is Rashi’s source that HaShem said Solachti Kidvorecha. It’s a common refrain on Yom Kippur, but I haven’t found it in Tanach.
