as for the OP’s question, generally speaking no, it isnt dangerous worst case you’ll get listeria, salmonella, camplybacter but those are generally well tolerated by adults with a healthy immune system.
Except in pregnancy where listeria in particular has been known to lead to fetal death r”l.
There are some bacteria that can be devastating to healthy individuals such as Ecoli O157:H7 that has been linked to raw milk int he past, but undercooked ground beef is a much more common source
