If you want to learn Halacha according maran Obadiah Yosef zatzal, and you want to read a book that was actually written by him and not by his sons, you should learn chazon ovadia. It is not Like habit Omer where you learn how he came to the psak, you just learn his psakim in a straight forward manner. Btw, Has anyone heard of rabbi Asher abbot an, not a poser, but just wondering
