The Goq- DY is right. It is a common occurrence – one that can and does happen to anyone, and I think that I have heard that it has become much more common recently. And it is quite dangerous. And I feel terrible for anyone whom it happens to – can you imagine having to live with that for the rest of your life??!! So it definitely is something that we should take measures to try to avoid. But at the same time we have to be careful to do it in a way that doesn’t hurt anyone who is already suffering more than enough.
