AY: 1) Trash, street lights, telephones, electricity, etc. existed in the pre-Zionist State days 2) The chareidim didn’t ask them to install any of those things 3) The chareidim pay for their own use of telephone service, trash removal, electricity, etc., just as they did from before the state came around.
