Seforim Hakodoshim a.k.a the Rama(624,625). There is a discrepancy brought down by the Mishna Brura.In 624 the Rama says the careful ones, which is talking about starting to build,but in 625 the Rema uses the wording of mitzvah which is talking about the completion of the sukka on the next day(tomorrow).
