CTLawyer, thanks. Do you know why no resistance on the part of the Beis Din? Is that normal? Was it b/c the couple had no children? Or b/c the civil divorce in place? or both parties okay with the divorce? or another reason? And could you give an example where one of the parties didn’t want the divorce? Thanks.
