I think about this when I am frightened about something. (For example walking myself on the street late at night).
I think: Hashem is in charge and I am helpless. If something has to happen, it will happen, so I have nothing to worry about.
Hashem is the boss and will decide if I should stay safe or not. Since I can’t help it, why worry!
