oookay! sorry so late! Someone posted the recipe already, but just some points:

– you can add things to make the right flavor (cocoa powder, mint extract…)

– you can use regular milk but the best thing i think to use is heavy cream.

– double bag the inside bag because otherwise the salt might get into the ice cream

– if you lose patience to shake it and play catch with it, and it looks to soupy, put it in the freezer!

We just did it today! It was so hot and the ice melted a little! aaahhh!
