k the truth is, as everyones probably thinking, that most people dont leave tissues on purpose. dont think a guy says, “hmmm… that garbage on the way out is too far for me. i think im gonna leave shirayim for my chassidim.” its more like “ill keep it under my siddur now and throw it out later” and then forgets.
