DY, what do you mean by muktzeh? If it was Shabbat then I wouldn’t be able to use take out the tissue? Or I wouldn’t be able to wear my jacket because I’d be carrying something?
If it was Shabbos [use them interchangeably] and I was in an eruv, would I have been permitted to use the old tissue? To wear the coat?
