!!! I have to see if I have a pic of my old license. My hair used to be another color. I think they put the color if my dyed hair.
They at least know that people change hair colors. Like on TV even when someone is a fugitive they show composites of what the person would look like with various head (men and women) and facial (men) hair styles and colors. —May none of us never be fugitives.
