The Gemara says that “Esther y’rakroikess hoy’sah,” but thinking it means she was green like a leaf is probably incorrect (although I did see an article in a frum publication, probably about 2 years ago, which theorized that she had a particular medical condition).
A blog I found points out that YRK is used for a number of different colors, and so it could mean that she had a yellowish complexion.
