Clearly the OP wasn’t asking for pro-aliyah posters to bombard him/her with suggestions of Israel. LA is a decent suggestion. There are MO communities in all of the places I mentioned, probably all containing young people with the possible exception of SC.
If you’re only looking at communities beyond MO, then yes, Florida, LA, and also Texas would be likely the only options.
