Ivdu: There are 3 levels. Super-Lechatchilah is at Kedushah. Next-level is when Chazaras HaShatz starts. And B’dieved is after about 2 seconds. That’s how the Achronim combine all the differences in the Rishonim (and you would have seen that in the Kitzur).
