Ok here it is:
4 1/2 cups flour
3 eggs
1/2 lb. margarine or shortening (2 sticks)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 vanilla sugar
1 tbsn baking powder
1. Knead all ingredients well
2. Roll out dough 1/3 inch thick
3. Cut into rounds
4. Fill each center with 1 teaspoon of your favorite hamantash filling
5. Form into triangles by pinching corners closed.
6. Brush with egg
7. Bake at 325 for 15-20 min, until golden brown
NOTE: you might want to add extra flour if the dough feels too sticky
