So in the spirit of that beautiful sentence–
On Yom Kippurim we ask mechilla and we are moichel others, and truly try to find forgiveness inside our hearts for all the family members who give us heartburn.
On Purim, we get a little tipsy and lightheaded, either from alcohol or just from simcha. Then we sit with those same relatives and laugh with them and laugh at them until we erase as many of the bad feelings as we can.
