The only way to know how yeshivas should set their tuition is to see their financial statements, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principals, and additional information about “executive compensation,” i.e., what is paid to principals, board members and other persons who control the yeshivas. Until we have that information, discussions of tuition are little more than uniformed kibitzing.
