To the opening poster: You don’t tell us what kind of “pressure” you are under to need a parnassah. Are you married, have one or more kids? Deeply in debt? Anyone who tells you to take the longer road to earning a living is not making a realistic evaluation of your needs. If you are debt-free, spouse-free, kid-free, take your time. Otherwise, get real.
