In addition they would have to buy other fruits and vegetables not listed. BTW, when my wife and I first married we both are cereal for breakfast and yes we used a gallon of milk a week. Your estimate is low. You say a half loaf of fish. There are those who eat fish at the third seuda too so you would need 6 slices per Shabbos. BTW include horseradish, ketchup and mustard. Oh and many in Lakewood are makpid on melave malkah.
