does anyone know how cheap car leasing is?
This may not apply to everyone, but if your husband or close relative is somewhat handy, buying a used car make sense. Most parts that need replacing are not that expensive, and you can find YouTube tutorials of practically everything. You can change the brakes and do oil changes yourself too.
Car insurance though…
For those of you queasy about using cloth diapers, off brand diapers are a great option. Especially Walmart’s in-house brand and Kirkland/Costco diapers.
Target has good diapers as well. If you order online, you can subscribe and save. That’s on top of the frequent sales they have. They usually have in-store coupons as well for 5-20% off. I don’t spend more then 14-16 cents a diaper.
Rent is cheap.
Food prices are fair. I usually don’t spend more that 75-100 a week for a family of 4.
Cleaning lady, takeout, vacations are not necessities for most people on a small budget.
