Huju, there are some people who think that cleaning ladies should be fired for wanting to be compensated for their work, while others, like Joseph, think that three months is a chazaka and after that there is no firing. And there is a very big difference between household cleaning help and most other workers: people who hire cleaning help often don’t have any other employees and have no idea how or when to fire them if necessary.
