As usual, people are confusing general attitudes that Hashem desires from us, with individual situations that require weighing all of the pertinent issues. Rav Miller’s words remain true in the year 2017 like they were when he said them – as they were derived from the words of the Torah which are eternal. For an individual family a lot of other considerations have to be weighed, which Rav Miller always did.
