I understood that to mean that you shouldn’t bless goyim at all. However the 诪讛专砖状讗 on 讚祝 讜 in 讘专讻讜转 says clearly that it’s only by saying 砖诇讜诐 twice
I’m not sure about 诇讗 转讬讞谞诐, though
