Hi, I have some experience with this. The blood work should indicate whether there are strep titers and how high. This will confirm whether PANDAS is at play here. Antibiotics will get rid of the infection, but persistent symptoms might require IVIG treatment to bring the symptoms to an end. Let me know if you need more info on this.
