@daasyochid again, I wrote that I thought contextually it was understood however, here I submit for you what I have copied and am pasting which appears further down the page:
“I wish to support Reb Aharon’s talmidim with the donation of $ _____
For your donation, the yeshiva’s Rabbis will deliver your kvittel — your written personal requests of the Rebbe — bringing blessings on you, your family, and all Israel.”
If you give money to support the Belzer yeshiva, this will be seen as a way to connecting to the Tzaddik R’ Aharon. As such, you can send a kvittel enumerating your requests from the Rebbe.
I.E. in Belz, they hold of betten the Rebbe.
