The reason that system works – the Vollys pretend they are professionals and act like them!
This means they try their best for the pt.
I listed 3 cases, where I was present, where s/o called Hatzola, and they decided that the pt. didn’t need transport. 2 of them defintely did, but I wasn’t able to follow up on the third one.
