Reply To: Private parking spaces on city streets

When the city repaved the streets last year, all the homes that had curb cuts before the repaving had them after the repaving. I know that all the homes on my block have the driveways and easements stated in their deeds. Unless you have clear proof that the driveway is illegal, I would advise not to park in front of it.
