You must be a Lawyer (Liar).
No one saying that they don’t have the right to make laws & enforce them.
To allow the State to stop vehicles on public roadways and impound them, it’s a violation of their civil rights! Leaving a party stranded, in middle of nowhere, Cannot be in the pubic’s interest that would overthrow the invidiual’s rights!
