Everyone who went to shul this morning (unless there was a bris or some other such exemption) said a small piyut composed centuries ago and accepted by Klal Yisroel as an appropriate nusach for these issues. Acheinu kol beis Yisroel, hanusunim batzara uvashivya, etc.
