My Rashi says (and I quote)
עִם לָבָן גַּרְתִּי וְתַרְיַ”ג מִצְוֹת שָׁמַרְתִּי וְלֹא לָמַדְתִּי מִמַּעֲשָׂיו הָרָעִים:
Which word are you translating as culture? Note My Rashi doesn’t say “וְלֹא לָמַדְתִּי מִמַּעֲשָׂיו” IT limits it to his bad ways? And how did he avoid learning from his bad ways?
