I disagree, I think he’s upset at businesses illegally using 1099 system instead of w-2 employment.
It should be reported to the Labor departments, both state and federal…but the Chareidi community will say you are not allowed to go to government, but a beis din. Sorry, this type of criminal act should be reported. The 1099 contractor who is really an employee is being robbed of Social Security, disability and unemployment benefits.
