The Chasam Sofer O”CH 80 paskens like the Rabbenu Tam even lekula, so he questions why do we consider it a safek and pospone mila in the four mil? Could be according the Rambam has to be a vaday mitzva because a safek is only darabonon, but the Chasam Sofer held that it is a vaday mitzva.
