A goal is something you work towards, in this case, having everyone follow the rebbe, regardless of where they started out or the minhagim of their “kreiz”. Which, in plain english is, converting everyone to lubavitch. That’s the final step, and realization of a process. So it’s the ultimate manifestation of your philosophy.
