Advocating for corporal punishment in school is not a legitimate view since our gedolim and chinuch experts have stated unequivocally that it’s counterproductive in our generation so therefore it’s assur. Hearing arguments on both sides for the sake of discussion makes as much sense as hearing arguments on the pros and cons of eating pork for the sake of discussion.
