Dr. Zimmerman’s Sworn Testimony (Affidavit):
“8. I explained that I was of the opinion that there were exceptions in which
VACCINES COULD CAUSE AUTISM.
10. I explained my opinion on the exception on which VACCINES COULD CAUSE AUTISM was based on advances in Science, Medicine and Clinical Research…”
Furthermore, Dr. Zimmerman REVEALS how DOJ Attorneys LIED in Vaccine Court to deny
that Yates Hazlehurst’s autism was caused by vaccines!
1. Dr. Zimmerman revealed that when he told DOJ attorneys that he believes Vaccines CAN cause Autism he was FIRED as expert witness – but DOJ attorneys LIED and stated in closing arguments
that Dr. Zimmerman believes Vaccines NEVER cause Autism.
2. The LIE by DOJ attoney’s was used to deny compensation for Yates Hazlehurst’s autism.
