im surprised mods allowed the N word. But youre forgetting something. Mississippi and the southern states in general were always know to be extremely racist and anti semitic. Youre also forgetting that there are pretty much no Jews living in those areas. You are also forgetting that these incidents are happening in NYC. Were there also signs of NO DOGS NO JEWS in storefronts on the lower east side back in the day? I know Yidden were threatened to get fired for not working on Shabbos but that rule applied to everyone.

I absolutely agree. And you are right we shouldnt have any interest in joining private clubs or organizations which we have nothing to do with. Not sure why so many examples of that are being brought up. Honestly even College/University is a questionable place for a Yid but what other way to get a degree in todays money draining world.
