-I mean dude, these things happen. Sometimes your just moving with the flow of traffic on an open highway. The fact that the limits are Ridiculously low such as 45 on a highway, doesnt mean it isnt safe to drive 60 or 70 when there is such low traffic. Besides there are so many traps that are designed to catch you. So lets not be naive.
