Joseph’s navius is about as good as his halachic skills. There is no chapter fling planned this week, next week or anytime in the near term. Nor have they retained bankruptcy counsel beyond their existing restructuring advisors. In fact, Walgren’s recently announced they were buying 70 pharmacies from Shopco as part of the latter’s bankruptcy reorg. With some, ad shelo yadah should be simplified to “shelo yadah” on an ongoing basis.
