In the words of Billam (Numbers 23:9):
הֶן עָם לְבָדָד יִשְׁכֹּן וּבַגּוֹיִם לֹא יִתְחַשָּׁב.
THE PEOPLE SHALL DWELL ALONE
That is the definition of a Jew.
