So Reb Moshe didn’t know halacha.That’s news to me and many more people in here.
Do you think Reb Moshe would check electric shavers as he did by running then up and down his arm to see what it did to his hair on his arm. Yes the shaver was off. Do you think he would paskin which shavers were good if it wass issur min hatorah.
